- We produce your photobooks and albums of Binding Ties only upon receiving your order and approval of designs. We assure you the best quality products.
- Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email. If the album was damaged in transit (express shipping only, standard shipping is not insured), please email support@bindingties.com some clear photos of the book and packaging to demonstrate the issue and we’ll be sure to take care of it.
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t accept returns. However, if we have made a mistake, please email support@bindingties.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we’ll be sure to make things right.
